RETURNS

Qualified items are eligible for returns/exchanges for 5 days after postmarked delivery. 

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all online returns (fee is waived for exchanges/store credit returns). 

  • We reserve the right to deny returns in the case that we believe the items were used in any capacity.

  • Return time is calculated from the time your order is delivered until the time it enters the mail back to us.

  • Refunds are processed when the item is delivered back to our store. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift Cards

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or soiled for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is noted as a Final Sale

  • Seasonal Sale products

  • Hemmed Denim

FOR IN STORE PURCHASES

The return of new, unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (aside from being tried on for size) items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Jeans or pants which have been hemmed or altered by us or any other parties are ineligible for return. Items must have appropriate tags. 

 

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

The return of new, unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (aside from being tried on for size) items may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange and the returning item should be “postmarked” back to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Jeans or pants which have been hemmed or altered by us or any other parties, or unwashed jeans which have been soaked or washed after being purchased, are ineligible for return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and with the original tags. 

If order contains multiple items from different locations (some items will either ship from New York or Denver), you will be prompted to submit separate returns for each location.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Discounted items are subject to availability. Online orders that are unable to be fulfilled can be adjusted, cancelled or refunded. Discounted items that are noted as "All Sales Final", "Final Sale" or the like, are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during a store wide promotional Sale are returnable as per our standard return policy. In the case of purchases made with a multiple tier discount or bulk discount: If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings the merchandise total below the offer’s qualifying level, then the qualifying offer will be applied, and/or the offer’s value will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Orders without Route coverage are not insured against loss, theft, or damage once they leave our store. Blue in Green does not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages without Route. 

Protection Costs:

Orders under $100: $2.25

Orders above $100: 2.5% of order value.
