Confirmed orders placed after 1PM EST Monday–Saturday, will generally ship out within 1-3 business days. However, there are cases where shipments may be slightly delayed.

Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers at any time. 

We ship products both from our Soho and Denver locations. If you are ordering multiple items, your order may come in separate packages. In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers.

Fulfillment location is determined by stock availability and proximity to the destination address.

Orders requesting delivery to addresses other than the billing address, and International orders paying by credit card, may experience delays as we need extra time to confirm all information before shipping. We may also ask for additional information to help verify these types of orders and payments. Orders that do not pass our fraud detection tests may be cancelled at our discretion. Using PayPal with a “Seller Protection Address” will verify and/or speed up the confirmation process. In some cases we may ship certain orders with a "direct signature required" if we feel it necessary to help secure the purchase.
