A hooded blouson designed by blending elements of the parachute rescue unit’s flight jacket, combat jacket, and the combat pants from the Improved Environmental Clothing System(IECS)adopted by the Canadian military in the 90s.
- The hood, designed with details inspired by the combat jacket, features spindles along the lines around the face and crown, allowing adjustment and gathering under the chin. The hood is both detachable with a zipper and can be arranged as a stand collar by folding it and securing it with Velcro. The zipper pockets on both sleeves and the Velcro-adjusters on either side of the waist are derived from the flight jacket, while the drainage holes on the sleeves and hem draw inspiration from the combat pants. The hem is fitted with elastic for a natural tension and a relaxed silhouette. MIL-SPEC is placed on the left side of the hood.
